Work Process
Steps 1: Arrival
We arrive at the job site as scheduled and ensure your projects will run smoothly.
Steps 2: Protection
We carefully mask and cover all the surface not being painted.
Steps 3: Surface inspection
We inspect and look for any signs of settling cracks and damages to your foundation, soffit facia and chimney and more on your house.
Steps 4: Water pressure
We pressure wash to remove dirt, mildew, algae and debris, buildup on your home or building
Steps 5: Surface preparation
We repair damaged Surfaces such as: wood, masonry, metal, siding and concrete stucco. We apply the proper sealers and primers for the right adhesion.
Steps 6: Chemically clean
We pressure wash and chemically clean all surfaces to your brick and pavers removing algae, mildew, dirt and grime prior to paint application.
Steps 7: Remove paint
We remove loose Paint using a pressure washing method with a special Rotto tip, various palm electric sander, sand blaster and good old fashion scraping tools.
Steps 8: Overspray protection
We mash windows, lights, fixtures, cameras, electrical meter, screen enclosures. We cover and protect land scaping shrubs, bushes and flowers from paint over spray. We also cover and protect driveways, pavers and pool decks.
Steps 9: Sealing
We apply SHERWIN WILLIAMS LOXON SEALER and the proper primers to the surfaces of your home or building prior to paint application.
Steps 10: Paint
Old bricks and decorative stone can be colorfully painted using the right sealers and primers.
Steps 11: Final cleanup and client walkthrough
After the painting process is completed, we clean the project areas, removing plastic, tape and debris. We take the time to walk with you and do a final inspection and a overview look of the final project to ensure your total satisfaction of our work.
