Work Process
Steps 1: Arrival
We arrive at the job site as scheduled and ensure your projects will run smoothly.
Steps 2: Overspray protection
We carefully mask and protect all the surface not being painted. We cover the ground floor, tape weather stripping, mask handles hardware and windows.
Steps 3: Preparation
Pressure washing and chemical cleaning surface is very important. Steps 4: Remove paint
We remove loose Paint using a pressure washing method using special Rotto tips, various palm electric sander, sand blaster and good old fashion scrapers.
Steps 5: Sealing
We apply sealers and primer to all metal surfaces receiving paint.
Steps 6: Paint
We apply SHERWIN WILLIAMS paint to garage doors using the correct spray tips with a Graco airless paint sprayer, ensuring a very smooth coat with no runs.
Steps 7: Final cleanup and client walkthrough
After the garage door painting process is completed, we clean the project areas, removing plastic, tape and debris. We take the time to walk with you and do a final inspection and a overview look of the final project to ensure your total satisfaction of our work.
